Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, standard return conditions apply.
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of order or pre-order confirmation.
If a different currency is selected at checkout, currency exchange variations do not affect the original Euro price.
AniWays reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Orders are processed within:
• Up to 4 business days for in-stock items;
• Up to 20 business days when sourcing from suppliers;
• Up to 15 business days after official release for pre-orders.
Shipping is carried out from Portugal using CTT, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or InPost.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AniWays is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
In accordance with European Union consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Conditions:
• The product must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions:
• Sealed items unsealed after delivery;
• Products damaged due to misuse;
• Pre-orders canceled after shipment.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return rules apply.
In case of pre-order cancellation before shipment, a partial refund may be applied to cover non-recoverable administrative, payment processing, and supplier costs.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information.
AniWays reserves the right to limit or cancel orders placed under the same account, payment method, or shipping address when fraud is suspected.
We may provide access to third-party tools or services. AniWays is not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
Any issues related to third-party services must be addressed directly with the respective provider.
Any feedback or content submitted may be used by AniWays for marketing or operational purposes, provided it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
