AniWays operates primarily through custom and supplier-based orders, which means we keep limited physical stock. Many products available on our website are sourced directly from trusted suppliers after an order is placed. This model allows us to offer a wider catalog and competitive prices while maintaining authenticity and quality.
After placing an order, customers will receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Items without a specific availability label are considered Em Stock. These products are either physically available in our warehouse or already confirmed with our supplier for immediate dispatch.
Estimated shipping time: 1–3 business days
In rare cases, unforeseen stock issues may occur. If this happens, customers will be contacted promptly.
Items marked as “At Supplier” are not physically in stock but are available for order from our suppliers.
Estimated arrival to AniWays: 20 days
These products often benefit from better pricing due to bulk supplier shipments.
Delivery times depend on supplier availability and logistics.
Pre-order items are products that have not yet been released by the manufacturer.
