Availability
We specialize in creating custom orders, which means we keep very little stock on hand. Many of the items in our catalog are only available through special order from our suppliers. This allows us to personalize each order to suit our customers' preferences perfectly. After you've placed your order, we'll provide you with an estimated delivery date, along with tracking information for your shipment once it's on its way.
In Stock: tems that have no indication are ready to be shipped right away or have already been sent out by our supplier, unless there's a rare stock issue. You can easily find these items by looking for them in our page. Usually it takes 2-3 business days to ship your "In Stock" order.
Available at Supplier: If an item is labeled as "Supplier/Pending" it's not currently stocked in our store but can be ordered upon request. These are typically items that are on order from our supplier or en route to our store, with an expected arrival time ranging from 5 days to 3 weeks. Usually, these items offer better prices because we receive large shipments directly from the supplier. This means that customers who buy from us often get better deals than they would at other stores in Europe.
Pre-order: Items available for pre-order will have an estimated arrival date listed in their description. These dates are provided by our suppliers and may be subject to change. Please note that delays in supplier shipments are beyond our control.
Out of Stock: Items marked as "Out of Stock" are currently unavailable in our store or from our suppliers. This could be due to a pause in production or unavailability from the supplier. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders or reservations for these items until they become available again.
Please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are approximate and may change. We rely on our suppliers and partners for stock availability, so specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and delays may occur beyond our control. It's also important to note that any shipment delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
